<h4>Obiective : incredere in colegi si mai ales in lider, standard de lucru , respectarea procedurilor din organizatie, ajutor catre colegi.<span id="more-45"></span>Briefing</h4>
<h4>Ce le spuneti participantilor :</h4>
<p>Aveti de traversat un riu adinc si involburat . Nu puteti pasi in el pentru ca contine pesti piranha. Pentru asta veti calca numai pe bucati de piatra sau resursele  pe care le aveti aici fara sa va udati. Toata echipa trebuie sa traverseze portiunea fara sa calce in riu. La final trebuie sa va intoarceti inapoi pe malul de unde ati plecat. Daca cineva calca in riu, toata echipa o ia de la capat. Aveti timp 30 min.</p>
<p>Informatii pentru traineri</p>
<p>Care este trucul acestui exercitiu ?</p>
<p>Resursele care se dau participantilor. Daca grupa este formata de exemplu din 15 oameni , noi le dam ca resurse 13 navete de coca cola si 1 pereche de cizme de cauciuc. In general resursele se dau cu una mai putin decat numarul de participanti, insa pe o naveta incap cam 2 oameni asa ca daca le dati mai putine exercitiul devine mai interesant. Cismele de cauciuc sunt o resursa utila, pentru ca este de urmarit cine isi va suma rolul de suport al echipei. Uneori va fi  cineva la care nici nu v-ati gandit !</p>

<li>Care au fost provocarile acestui exercitiu ?</li>
<li>Ce v-a facut sa reusiti ? (se faciliteaza mai detaliat raspunsurile      de tip :”comunicarea”, sau “echipa”</li>
<li>Cum va simteati sustinuti de colegi ?</li>
<li>Cum seamana asta cu viata reala ?</li>
<li>Ce ati invatat de aici si ce veti aplica in activitatea voastra ?</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Concluzie:  Atunci cind      gasim ceva ce funtioneaza nu are sens sa schimbam de dragul schimbarii.      Daca respectam o procedura de lucru care aduce performanta , reusim sa      trecem toti perioade dificile. Comunicarea cu liderul si sprijinul catre      membrii echipei  sunt solutia care      va ajuta sa treceti peste sarcini care par grele la prima vedere. </strong></p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<h5>Un exercitiu extraordinar pentru incheierea teambuildingului este Omul Sandiwch. Castigul major al acestui exercitiu este ca oamenii sunt uimiti de diferenta dintre ceea ce cred ei ca ofera si ceea ce le cer colegii. Este  un prilej de<strong> insight </strong>asupra diferentei dintre perceptia proprie si perceptia altora. ( puteti face legatura cu Fereastra lui Johari).</h5>
<p><strong>Obiective: deschidere, feedback, compararea propriei perceptii cu cea a colegilor, fixarea notiunilor de teambuilding.<span id="more-38"></span><br />
</strong></p>
<p><strong>Materiale necesare:</strong></p>
<p>cite 2 coli de flipchart pentru fiecare participant, scotch, foarfeca ( 2 buc pentru fiecare trainer)</p>
<p><strong>Scop:</strong> Activitatea este similara cu reclamele tip “omul sandwich” in care fiecare participant poarta o coala de flipchart pe fata si una pe spate. Fiecare participant va scrie pe coala din fata doua intrebari din perspectiva rolurilor din cadrul echipei :</p>
<p><em>De ce sunt eu important pentru echipa ? sau Ce ofer eu echipei ?<br />
</em></p>
<p><em> </em>El va scrie raspunsul propriu la aceste intrebari<em> .</em></p>
<p>Pe flipchartul situat pe spate fiecare participant va scrie intrebarile :</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><em>De ce sunt eu important pentru voi ? sau Ce ar trebui sa fac in viitor ca membru al echipei ?</em></p>
<p>Fiecare participant se va amesteca printre ceilalti si va scrie raspunsuri la intrebarile adresate de colegi  pe flipchartul de pe spate pentru minim 5 alti participanti .La final flipchartule se pun toate pe perete si fiecare participant va vedea ce parere au colegii despre el si ce sa imbunatateasca pe viitor.Exercitiul este amuzant si important pentru dezvoltarea viitoare a echipei.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Multi clienti ma intreaba daca pot avea teambuildingul in aceeazi zi cu petrecerea de Craciun. Iata cinci argumente  pro pentru aceasta initiativa :</p>
<ol>
<li>Poti folosi la maximum timpul : ziua teambuilding, seara party.</li>
<li>Oamenii sunt mai deschisi n aceasta perioada a anului, poate un pic mai obositi , de aceea folositi un teambuilding focusat pe comunicare si relatii , cu dificultate fizica redusa.</li>
<li>Tot dati banii pe party de Craciun,  macar sa reparati ceva in ceea ce priveste echipa.</li>
<li>Craciunul este si un moment de bilant al anului, poti folosi aceasta ocazie pentru a transmite mesaje organizationale cu ajutorul trainerilor .</li>
<li>Oamenii isi amintesc cu mare exactitate petrecerile de Craciun deci vor avea tendinta sa isi aminteasca mai mult timp de teambuilding si de chestiile facute acolo.</li>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Iata un exercitiu banal insa care are un efect solar asupra participantilor, se distreaza la greu si invata o abilitate de baza : cum sa afle informatii din mediul de lucru. Noi l-am facut la gupe cu &#8220;fitze&#8221; care s-au distrat enorm . Exercitul ocupa timp destul si daca aveti o grupa mai &#8220;intelectuala&#8221; &#8211; care nu iubeste miscarea, il puteti face outdoor, efectul va fi de &#8221; ce bine e sa stai in mijlocul naturii &#8220;.<span id="more-27"></span></p>

<p><strong>Cine sunt eu</strong></p>
<p>Se poate face indoor sau outdoor</p>
<p><strong>Obiective :</strong> sa punem intrebari cind nu stim ceva, sa stimulam deschiderea, sa ne antrenam abilitatea de a afla informatii.</p>
<p><strong>Timp de lucru: maxim 1 minut de persoana.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Organizare : de la 5- 10 participanti pe echipa/trainer.<br />
</strong></p>
<p><strong>Briefing</strong></p>
<p>Pe fruntea fiecarui participant se lipeste cite un post it cu un personaj celebru . Personajele pot fi alese din domenii : arta, sport, politica ( aici e super bestial), vedete internationale, etc. Pentru a-si descoperi identitatea , participantii trebuie sa puna pe rand, intrebari celorlalti participanti si in acelasi timp sa ii ajute si pe ceilalti sa se descopere</p>
<p>Trainerul le spune :</p>
<p>NU AVETI VOIE SA PUNETI INTREBAREA : CINE SUNT EU , daca cineva o pune este eliminat. Pentru a recupera punctele pierdute, in caz de competitie cu alta echipa, participantul ghinionist poate primi o noua sansa sau cineva din grupa se poate &#8220;sacrifica&#8221; pentru binele echipei primind un nou bilet.</p>
<p><strong>Instructiuni pentru traineri</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>Nu le spuneti ce fel de intrebari sa puna ( deschide sau inchise).</li>
<li>Este foarte  important aici sa observam raportul intre a lua si a primi . daca sunt indivizi care dupa ce afla cine sunt se gindesc sa ii ajute si  pe ceilalti.</li>
<li>Oamenii au tendinta sa puna intrebari inchise ceea ce ii face sa primeasca informatii fractionate si sa piarda timp pentru a afla ceva. Observati asta si includeti in debriefing.</li>
</ol>
<p>Debriefing:</p>
<ul>
<li>Care au fost provocarile acestui exercitiu ?</li>
<li>Ce v-a facut sa reusiti ? (se faciliteaza mai detaliat raspunsurile de tip :”comunicarea”, sau “echipa”)</li>
<li>Cum seamana asta cu viata reala ?</li>
<li>Ce ati invatat de aici si ce veti aplica in activitatea voastra ?<strong> </strong></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Concluzie: </strong></p>
<ol>
<li>Echipa este sursa primordiala de informatii.</li>
<li>Orice mesaj trebuie formulat , prin urmare si aflat  prin cele cinci dimensiuni :<strong> </strong>Cine / ce/cand/unde/ cum.  In acest caz  daca ai patru informatii il poti afla pe al cincilea, deci atentie la cum formulam intrebarile.</li>
<li>Ca manager sau om de vanzari merita sa iti dezvolti abilitatile de a pune intrebari deschise.</li>
<li>Orice altceva iese din grup prin facilutare si care este util procesului de invatare.</li>
</ol>

<p>- Am fost si noi cu familiile sau ( dupa caz) cu cateva fete ! sau  Am organizat si noi o chestie la munte cu colegii , noi intre noi !</p>

<p><span id="more-22"></span>Dupa care se rupe filmul. Ori acceptam ca termenul are un sens larg si  se refera la un soi de actiuni diverse menite in general  sa imbunatateasca relatiile de echipa ori suntem stricti si ne referim la un workshop cu dinamica intensa in care reparam o serie de chestii pe undeva stricate cum sunt :</p>
<ul>
<li>relatii interdepartamente</li>
<li>cine e mai important si de ce</li>
<li>de ce tragem fiecare in directia noastra in loc de directia generala a firmei,</li>
<li>de ce ni se rupe in general si in special</li>
<li>de ce ne certam toata ziua si atmosfera e de kko</li>
<li>de ce ne miscam in reluare,</li>
<li>de ce nu comunicam cu colegii si ajungem cu capul in zid de cele mai multe ori</li>
</ul>
<p>Eu ii intreb pur si simplu : ce vreti sa vedeti schimbat dupa &#8230;.</p>
